Maine Coon cats and great weekend!

This weekend we was in the forest near with wonderful lake, on the coast of lake. We cooked Grilled
Salmon with spices.
This rich spices and lemon juice infuses flavor into the grilled fresh salmon, giving it a very mildly spiced and unique taste.
Cook Time: 30 - 35 minutes
Ingredients:
4 (6-ounce) salmon
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup apples vinegar
2 tablespoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ginger
salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil
Preparation:
Mix salmon with spices, onion, apples vinegar, lemon juice. Place fish in the refrigerator and allow it to marinade for several hours. Preheat grill. Place salmon skin-side down, on a lightly oiled grill, cover and cook. Remove fish from grill and serve with your favorite vegetables and greenery.
